Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 pm, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or festive-season volumes.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If Cash on Delivery is available for your pincode, any handling fee is also shown at checkout.Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or text message.Delivery attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If delivery fails, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you. We can reship once you pay the shipping charge for the reshipment.Damaged in transit
Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the package looks tampered with or damaged, so we can resolve it fastest. Return requests are accepted for up to 7 days under our Return and Refund Policy.
